Let us guide you to tap into this energy, access the unknown, transcend the shadows, become transparent, allow yourself to face the old beliefs and patterns that keep you distracted from your real dreams and ideals, finding out who you really are, so that the ultimate happiness and freedom through your absolute trust in life can be experienced. 

We have created a very special week filled with daily sessions of Biodynamic Breath & Trauma Release System, Tension/Trauma Release Exercises, Yoga and Meditation, that will help you to let go of any chronic tension and learn how to regulate your nervous system. 
You will learn how your nervous system activates, over-activates and especially how it calms down. You will learn how to use your breath and the mechanism to release tension from the system. We will work on three levels – body, emotions, and mind. 
You will also have an option to receive a deep tissue massage of whole body or abdominal part that helps to unlock blockages and to experience free energy-flow. 
The simple tools that you will learn, you will be able to use in your daily life whenever you feel your system needs to calm down or be activated. 
On a deeper level you will peel of the layers of tension or change old patterns of your behavior. 
This week gives you the chance to clear and open your mind, to relax the body, and leaves you with a stronger use of your senses. 

In the nourishing oasis of Ibiza, surrounded by crystal-clear waters, known for its magnetic portal of Es Vedra, we have reserved an entire spiritual centre, known as Casa Solara in the peaceful part of the island, surrounded by rolling hills and farmlands. It is an alcohol-free, drug-free space where energies are kept pure; a beautiful, conscious, tranquil environment. The centre is 6 minutes’ drive from the nearest town and beach, Santa Eulalia, 25 minutes’ drive from the airport. 
Sample daily schedule:
Saturday – arrive from 15:00, get comfy in your room, relax in the garden, and meet your new tribe for the coming week
Afternoon refreshments
19:00 – Dinner and Opening Circle with setting the intentions for the week

08:00 – morning meditation and Yoga
09:00 – Breath session/Cacao Ceremony with nature-walk to Atlantis/Es Vedra

Biodynamic Breath & Trauma Release
The BioDynamic Breath & Trauma Release System® 6-Element approach empowers your body’s natural process for healing from start to finish, releasing chronic tension and restructuring your systems on a cellular level.

BBTRS® calls on the power of all of the body’s systems. Our 6-Element approach supports your body’s unique needs at any given moment. This creates a flexible and dynamic experience that goes deeper than traditional therapies.
BTRS® uses both somatic and creative movement exercises to allow vibration and release in the body’s tissue. This may include shaking of the body, fascial opening, core tension release.
BBTRS uses deep connected breathing to charge up the body, activating specific belts of muscular tension and emotional patterns. The sessions are designed in a series to stimulate and rebalance your mind and body from head to toe.
The effects of sound on our nervous system are truly remarkable. They are one of the most powerful, supporting tools we can use in BBTRS sessions. With conscious intention and creative use of vocalization and recorded or live instrumental sound, is a tremendous resource in sessions.
BTRS uses conscious touch at many levels, from the body’s energetic field to contact with the core muscles. It’s applied with sensitivity to increase awareness and support energy flow.
Soft emotional release can be part of a BBTRS® session, but not a goal. You are supported to stay present while revisiting deeper feelings and sensations – and to return to your own sense of comfort whenever necessary. This balance is the key to the BBTRS® approach. It supports you to release and integrate trauma, rather than simply relive it or become overwhelmed. 
Meditation is where BBTRS begins and ends. It’s used to support resonance in the practitioner and integration for the client. It’s also the resting state the mind and body often return to after BBTRS sessions.

TRE: Tension, Trauma Release Exercises
With this program you will be able to learn how to regulate your own nervous system. This program teaches 7 exercises which help you to evoke the mechanism to release tension from the body and mind. This mechanism is suppressed by all human beings. When you become familiar with this mechanism you will learn how your nervous system charges, overcharges or relaxes. The most important element is that chronic tension will dissolve from the system. This will help to heal the nervous system on a deep cellular level. Getting familiar with your own body gives you a deep feeling of connection with life and with others. When trauma or deep tension disappears from your system you will be able to live life to the fullest again. 
You will receive a book with all exercises and information about the program. After one week you will be able to use all exercises at home. You will be able to integrate this method in your life. 

Chi Nei Tsang Therapy
The Taoist sages of ancient China observed that humans often develop energy blockages in their internal organs that result in knots and tangles in their abdomens. These obstructions occur at the centre of the body's vital functions and constrict the flow of Chi (energy), our life-force. The negative emotions of fear, anger, anxiety, depression, and worry cause the most damage. Problems can also be caused by overwork, stress, accidents, surgery, drugs, toxins, poor food, and bad postures.
When obstructed the internal organs store unhealthy energies instead of releasing them; they can then overflow into other bodily systems and surface as negative emotions and sickness. Always in search of an outlet, these negative emotions and toxic energies create a perpetual cycle of negativity and stress. If the negative emotions can't find an outlet, they fester in the organs or move into the abdomen, the body's "garbage dump". The energetic centre of the body located at the navel becomes congested and cut off from the rest of the body. 
The Taoists discovered that most maladies could be healed once the underlying toxins and negative forces were released from the body. They developed the art of Chi Nei Tsang to recycle and transform negative energies that obstruct the internal organs and cause knots in the abdomen. Chi Nei Tsang clears out the toxins, bad emotions, and excessive heat or heat deficiencies that cause the organs to dysfunction.
The treatment is performed mainly on the abdomen, with oil, working with the breath and healing sounds related to the different organs. After the treatment there is some work done on the rest of the body to ensure that energy released from the abdomen is not stored or trapped in other parts. 
This method is suitable for any person who wants to experience a better health on a general physical as well as emotional level.

Sharon has been working as a speech, voice and language therapist for over 25 years. Stuttering therapy and being a Breath and TRE Coach has become her passion. About Slavomira (1984)
Born in a little big country, Slovakia, I lived, studied and had my '9-5 work life' in few different countries in my early age. In 2015 I went through a major life shift of awakening and since then I have been moving more freely across our wonderful planet Earth following my intuition, gaining new skills and wisdom, sharing my experience with others, living my true nature.  
I studied Yoga in a traditional ashram of Paramanand Yoga Institute in India. I learned Ayurvedic Yoga Massage therapy in AYM Institute in India from James Winstanley who trained this technique with an ancient master Kusum Modak. In San Marcos La Laguna in Guatemala, I gained the skill in Maya Abdominal Massage technique from a local midwife Doña Dominga. Most recently, I trained Chi Nei Tsang therapy with Zendrik Van Der Merwe in Ibiza who learned this art from two different masters in Thailand. Most profound teachings I have been gaining from people who cross my path and medicines that Nature provides. 
As a healing artist in my blissful state of being, I help people to understand their bodies and minds. We co-create a sacred space with the intention of diving into the present moment, slowing down the breath, opening up the heart, connecting with our energies in order to discover the unknown, to learn to accept and love, to release any physical pain and to let go of any emotional blockage. 
We are here to help each other, to rise up and be the creators of blissful lives and so to help others on their journey of awakening.
